My son and I both had our hair cut at this location. We had been clients in Hyde Park for years but given our recent haircut expirence, we will be exploring other options.

Typically, I cut my own hair because I am very detail oriented and only use simple style cuts anyways. I have never been to a Sport Clips before until a few weeks ago, but I had a great experience. There was hardly a wait and my stylist did a high quality, very detailed job. Overall, much higher quality than comparing places such as Great Clips. I typically find myself going home and touching up a few places with my own clippers that are sub-par after a hair cut at Great Clips. One feature that would be nice is an online check-in system to help save the customers even more time.

On August 12, I brought my 4 year old son for a haircut. This was our first time at sports clips in Montgomery. While we were waiting for our turn, my son was playing with the door. The hair stylist/ manager ( Karson) loudly asked me to stop my son. We went outside so we wouldn't be a disturbance. When it was our turn, she was a available but she didn't come to take my son back. Instead, she just left and when to the back for 15 minutes. Afterwards, she just called us back with no introduction, or kindness. However, when she was talking to the other customer, she introduced herself, and said she wanted to make their first experience pleasurable. I felt discriminated against today because of all these above listed things. My experience was very uncomfortable and difficult.
